As if I wasn’t already having a hard time eating
I was told last Wednesday that my husband of 20 years (in one month), is leaving me. This is not how I wanted to lose weight. I am so devastated and I can’t eat.

You need to surrond yourself with some good friends and keep busy!! Go out! don’t become a hermit. That won’t make anything better. Show him you are a whole person with or with out him! You never know maybe he will look at you in a different light.

I’m so sorry to hear that. Lisamarie is right. Get out and do something. Make a plan on your eating so that you can check it off as you go.

Thank you, everyone. If you’ve read any of my previous blog entries, you know I don’t work, anymore. I am having SUCH a hard time getting out of my house. I cry at the drop of a hat, and it’s horrifying to be in the store and burst into tears.
It’s getting a little better. He came yesterday, and got a lot of his stuff. He has more, but I’m going to pack it into some bins and have it ready for him.
I’m going today to get my eyes checked, then I am going to get some new dishes. I need to try and stay busy, I know. I am going to his best friend’s house for dinner, tonight and will spend the day with a friend of mine, tomorrow.

I know this might sound strange since you don’t know me, but if you ever need to just get out and go for a walk or anything, I’m here. I believe you do live in SD also? Anyway, I wish you the best.
